Accounts Receivable Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Review invoicing before submitting via RightAngle
• Manage confirmation emails for payments on transactions
• Ensure accurate, timely, efficient coding & processing of invoices
• Monitor & reconcile customer accounts daily
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Assist with application of wire, ACH and check payments daily
• Manage customer inquiries

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to manage high volume email inbox
• Associates degree or equivalent
• 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable role
• RightAngle experience is a plus
